QuickCheckout POS is licensed exclusively for use by authorized merchant employees on approved Clover-connected devices. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or redistribution of this software is strictly prohibited. By using this application you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing point-of-sale transactions and payment processing.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to handling all transaction and employee data responsibly. This policy explains what information QuickCheckout POS collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Data We Collect
- Order items, quantities, and amounts
- Tax calculations and tip selections
- Employee identifiers and names (for shift reporting)
- Transaction timestamps and order IDs
- Shift totals and transaction logs (stored in memory, cleared on server restart)
Data We Do NOT Collect
- Cardholder names or billing addresses
- Card numbers, CVV codes, or expiry dates
- Bank account information
- Personal identification information of customers
Payment Processing
All payment transactions are processed exclusively through Clover's PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure. QuickCheckout POS never directly handles, stores, or transmits cardholder data. Data Retention
Shift transaction data is held in server memory only for the duration of the active shift session and is permanently cleared when a shift is reset or the server restarts. No customer payment data is persisted by this application at any time.
Security
All communication between this application and the Clover API is conducted over HTTPS using Bearer token authentication. API credentials are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the browser or client-side code.
